(BROKEN_FIONREAD, BROKEN_SIGAIO, BROKEN_SIGIO, BROKEN_SIGPOLL)
(BROKEN_SIGPTY, HAVE_CBRT, HAVE_LOGB, NO_TERMIO): Remove.
(USABLE_FIONREAD, USABLE_SIGIO): New macros.
